This Privacy Policy describes how the Pool Challenge mobile application ("the App", "we", "our") handles your information. We have designed Pool Challenge to respect your privacy: the App does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data.
None. Pool Challenge does not collect or transmit any personal information. The App does not ask for an account, a sign-in, a name, an email, a phone number, a location, or any other identifying information.
To make the App work, certain data is stored locally on your device only. This includes:
This data is stored using Apple's standard UserDefaults mechanism. It never leaves your device. We have no access to it. If you delete the App, this data is deleted with it. You can also reset all statistics from the App's Settings screen.
Pool Challenge does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking services. There are no SDKs from companies such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Facebook, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, or similar.
The App uses Apple's built-in iOS sharing feature
(ShareLink) to let you share a text summary of your match
results. When you tap "Share card", iOS opens its native share sheet.
Anything that happens from there is handled by Apple's operating system
and the app you choose to share to (e.g., Messages, Mail). We do not see,
transmit, or store the shared content.
Pool Challenge does not require an internet connection to function. The App does not connect to any server we operate. It does not download, upload, or sync any data over the network.
Pool Challenge does not collect any data from anyone, including children. The App is suitable for general audiences according to its App Store age rating.
If we change this Privacy Policy in a future version of the App, the updated text will be published at this same URL with a new "Last updated" date. If a future version starts collecting any data, we will state clearly what is collected, why, and how to opt out.
